New Group Announcements
A place where group creators can announce their new groups, and everyone else can see what groups are being created. Rules: New posts should be only group announcements, but feel free to reply to them. Add #NewGroup to new group announcements, and #GroupLink to other posts containing group links. Don't promote the same group more than once per week.
