Providing practical shelter and harm-prevention measures to individuals in areas affected by disproportionate levels of homelessness. 2.) Provide professional income opportunities as an alternative to traditional employment for well-skilled military veterans 3.) On-site skills building as an alternative to a traditional college or university path for a future leader.
