I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and to spare and going without and being in want. He said, listen, I've learned the secret of facing every situation and circumstance. Verse 11, he said, I've learned the secret of what? Of being content, satisfied to the point where I'm not disturbed or disquieted... Verse 14, I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.
