Jocelyn Ng has dedicated the last eight years to building her distinctive and successful company. Back in her high school days, she was introduced to a balloon interest group, and that was when it all started. Her life was completely changed by the balloon sculpting technique. Founded in 2007, the business expanded from creating balloon sculptures for kid's birthday celebrations to creating balloon decorations for large malls.
