We were sequestered in a great little property property in the #Rhodope mountains to watch the Persaids - the shooting star show that graces the heavens this time of year (which you might still be able to catch tonight!) Together we wished upon the many shooting stars that flashed through our night sky here. Stargazing someplace far away from a city has great #philosophical value, I contend. Beholding the cosmos every man or woman is struck by thier devine majesty and enormity. Yet, we're able to comprehend the universe and at least theorize about its mysteries. Thus, the awesome majesty of the universe twinkling above, demanding our curiosity, is a mirror of the universe within us all. It reminds us that the glory of the human mind is unequaled in all creation, and contains some spark of the devine. #Anakainosis #Bulgaria #Vacay
