Netflix's 'Cuties' Is Promoting Pedophilia, Period The video streaming giant on Wednesday, released the award-winning movie directed by French movie maker Maïmouna Doucouré. Cuties centers around Amy, 11, joining young underage female dancers in a group “named ‘the cuties’ at school, and rapidly grows aware of her burgeoning femininity -- upsetting her mother and her values in the process.” Multiple scenes of the movie feature kids enacting outrageously raunchy dance routines. Backlash against the French film escalated Thursday, with critics urging subscribers to 'cancel Netflix' in response to the movie’s perceived sexualization of children. 'Cancel Netflix' and 'Boycott Netflix' trended for several hours on social media. "Netflix released that 'Cuties' movie about twerking 11 year olds," conservative show host Matt Walsh tweeted. "Fuller clips of the film are now circulating. It’s way worse than I thought, and I thought it would be extremely bad. VERY explicit sexual dancing, girls grabbing themselves, crotch shots, etc. These are children." Walsh also added, "There is a push to normalize pedophilia in our country. That’s not a conspiracy. It’s a fact."
