Dutch Intelligence Disrupts Attempt By Russian Spy To Infiltrate ICC According to a press release by Dutch intelligence service AIVD, Russian GRU agent Sergey Vladimirovich Cherkasov, 36, had claimed to be a 33-year-old Brazilian citizen named Viktor Muller Ferreira. Authorities also released what they call the spy's 'legend,' likely written by him, including fictitious details of troubled father relationship, crush on a teacher, and addresses of his favorite restaurant and trance music club in Brasilia. Cherkasov was declared a threat to national security and refused entry to the Netherlands in April.
