@Gabriels_Horn as I recall…the first notice I really took of Ronnie was early in the covid mess how he waffled back and forth before he finally decided to keep beaches open…it seemed to me that from the bad press he got at the time just before finally coming out with the ”big news” that beaches would stay open…he learned how to work public sentiment by calling these “big announcement” press conferences…making a big splash…mollifying public sentiment…being the hero…then going quiet with less popular decisions…he’s sneaky like that!
