#BarackObama was a senator from #Illinois in 2005, serving in the U.S. Senate after being elected in 2004. He held this position until he resigned in 2008 when he became President of the United States. So, he was well aware of what was going on in Ukrainian biolabs. Was he in fact seeing to the ramping up #gainoffunction experiments there and elsewhere?
