Believe it or not, most of it didn't come from #NGO's. Most of it came directly from federal, state, and local governments through #Medicaid reimbursements, government contracts, and public health grants (such as Title X). Medicaid reimbursements: 75-80% of their funding Taxpayer-backed revenue typically covers 34% to 41% of Planned Parenthood’s total annual budget. 2024–2025: $832.0 million 2023–2024: $792.2 million 2022–2023: $699.3 million 2019–2021 (GAO 3-Year Total): $1.78 billion 2014–2015: $528.4 million And Planned Parenthood has nearly $2.5 billion in assets, including an Endowment Fund of over $153 million.
