"Diversity is our strength." Such bullshit! It's an Orwellian 'snow is black' type statement to make you believe the opposite of what it is. There is no "diverse" empire, culture or society that survived or became great. They all became diverse prior to their collapse. The Roman Empire is a good example: less then 1% of the Roman Legions were Roman by 476 AD (that Anno Domini, screw your Jewish invented CE), the year of their total collapse.
