🚨🇺🇸 #FEDERAL TRIAL SET FOR #NORTHTEXAS #ICEFACILITY #SHOOTING 9 members of the North Texas #Antifa #terrorcell accused of carrying out an #armedambush outside an #ICEdetention facility in North Texas are set to go on #federaltrial February 17 in #FortWorth. #Prosecutors allege the group coordinated an attack on the facility that resulted in a local police officer being #shot in the neck. The defendants are facing serious #federalcharges, including attempted murder, providing material support to #terrorism, and #obstruction. Several co-defendants have already pleaded #guilty, admitting in court that they organized together and acted under an #Antifaaligned #ideology. Defense attorneys and some left-leaning outlets have characterized the incident as a “peaceful fireworks protest.” However, federal authorities say the evidence shows premeditation and coordination that went far beyond protest activity. An officer was #shot. Federal charges were filed. And now the case will be decided in court. We stand with ICE. We stand with #lawenforcement.
