#USImmigration and #CustomsEnforcement announced the #arrest of Nicholas Celestino "Beaner Boy"  Calixto-Aguirre, a citizen of #Mexico, following enforcement action by #ICE #SaltLakeCity. According to the agency, his #criminalhistory includes prior charges for attempted aggravated #sexualabuse of a child, two DUI offenses, and shoplifting. ICE also reports that he has pending #felonycharges related to alleged crimes against a child, including #rape, sexual #assault, #childneglect, and other #sexoffense allegations. These charges remain subject to court proceedings. He is currently in #ICE custody pending a #deportation decision while his criminal matters move through the #judicialsystem. Cases involving allegations of harm to #children are among the most serious offenses in any community.
