#ICE #arrested #child #sexoffender Ricardo Nava-Daniel, of #Mexico, during a targeted operation in #Jackson, #NJ., April 29. #MonmouthCounty #convicted him of #endangering a #child with #sexualconduct and sentenced him to 287 days in jail in 2015. Three years later, he pleaded #guilty to DUI and driving without a liscense. He applied for a #greencard AFTER his child endangerment #conviction, but a #judge #ordered him #deported in 2019. He was #deported April 30, 2019, but #reentered #illegally at an unknown time. ICE received a tip that he was living in #Jackson last November, tracked him down, and will #remove him as soon as possible.
