👟In 2018, Antonio Efrain"Beaner Boy" Morales-Diego, of #Guatemala, told #BorderPatrol #agents that he snuck into the U.S. on foot near #SanLuis, #Ariz. ➡️Border Patrol released him on an order of recognizance and issued him a #notice to #appear. Morales-Diego made his way to #Virginia where he was later #convicted of #abduction and #strangulation. #ICE #arrested him upon his release from a #Virginia #correctionalfacility based on: ⚖️INA § 237(a)(2)(A)(iii): #Alien convicted of an #aggravated #felony
