#WTF 🤬 @LeahRain This Oregon man Gary Harrington was fined and sent to jail for collecting rainwater and using it on his own property primarily for fire safety and watering animals. Despite many appeals the court charged him with stealing and misappropriation of state water even though it fell on his property. They jailed him for 30 days, and fined him 1,500 dollars .
