The US is spending almost 3 BILLION dollars on nanotechnology research this year ALONE.

One of the reasons why nanotechnology has been developed so much, is thanks to it's many uses in drug delivery.

With micro-sized nanobots in your bloodstream, their potential to move anywhere and deliver drugs to any cell or organ make them very attractive for MUCH commercial gain.

While there are literally hundreds of different nanotech drug delivery methods... the first one we will talk about, ironically is a gene-therapy.

CRISPR Cas-9. The ability to directly edit DNA inside your cells, inside your body.

Not in a lab. Not on a dish. IN YOUR BODY.

In 2018, a nano delivery platform was created for CRISPR Cas-9. So they can edit your DNA from any of the nano you're exposed to everyday.

They also found that the DNA deletions and insertions that CRISPR executes, aren't perfect, and result in DNA inflammation, ultimately leading to mutations and even cell death.

But the connection between CRISPR, and synthetic biology and DNA computing gets even worse.
