Well in the hustle and bustle of traveling, unpacking, catching up with work... I totally missed the SUV had expired tags. Perhaps I misunderstood airport Q dude, but I could have sworn he said he took the photo himself while walking around DC. Perhaps he took it on a previous trip, or perhaps he was FOS. Expired tag. LOL. Oh well. Thanks for catching it fellow Patriots. Million miles an hour here.
