DSS and health department oughta have records on me from the 1990s that I was at Charter Westbrook Hospital in Richmond for 4.5 months in 1995. Then at Charter Charlottesville for 6 months in 1996. At $1k per day, it cost the state of Virginia approximately $315/k for wrangling almost $50k in child support from Steve for my upkeep. That doesn't include the cost of Dejarnette Center for over a year combined over several different stays, nor the WestEnd group home that was in Richmond. It came back on them for forcing Steve to pay child support, which caused me to be bullied. Then the psych issues were caused by the bullying. It came back on them already for doing that shit.
