Dhillon just filed a federal lawsuit against the Chief Election Officer Scott Nago for the statewide voter record. Why? for this: "The fact of the matter is that those in power, such as Governor Polis [Colorado] and his Sec. of State, Jena Griswold become lulled in their echo chambers to be blind to the fact that their situation is changing. Today, these folks are in charge, but tomorrow, they are going to be held accountable. This is especially true for Jena Griswold, who is the one who wiped and re-wrote the hard drives of the Dominion hard drives when she had the Trusted Build installed. Instead of fighting to have Tina Peters in prison, she should realize that her time is limited before she may be in handcuffs, herself.” The above is a quote from Attorney Peter Tickin one of President Trump's lawyers, his friend and who wrote the legal reasoning laying out why Trump can pardon Peters. The DOJ has been sending Help America Vote Act (HAVA) compliance notices to states across the country for the past few months. All have been asked for copies of their voter rolls. Eighteen have refused - including Hawaii - despite the fact that the rolls are public records. The DOJ is also suing officials in Fulton County, Georgia for records related to the 2020 election. These are exactly the type of records that Tina Peters preserved, and Secretary of State Jena Griswold ordered destroyed. And Hawaii, yep, they destroyed records and a little more recently. They have over 20,000 extra mail in ballots yet no matching absentee mail in envelopes! This is for the Counties of Hawaii and Kauai, 2024 election. Asst. Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon stated that “States have the statutory duty to preserve and protect their constituents from vote dilution”. If they fail in this duty, according to Dhillon, they will be held accountable. She's going to be treating the destruction of records, the lack of following federal election laws, as criminal. A crime against the civil rights of American citizens. She has sue over 18 states already. By obtaining the voter list directly from the states they are setting those states up - because they know, we know, they lists are dirty as can be. Worse: they have algorithms in them. Hawaii counties are hiding election fraud: they nor the State Elections Office will provide the public records to be able to reconcile the numbers. It's not going to end well for their election officials. Two counties have already admitted they destroyed (or didn't keep) all the election records for 2024. They are mandated to for 22 months per HAVA. Curious as to why the State Attorney General office now has their 5th Asst. Attorney in 1.5 years representing the Hawaii Elections Commission.
