Alex Jeffrey Pretti pushed the ICE officer (assault on a law-enforcement officer, obstruction); was pepper sprayed; resisted arrest; Pretti was armed, reached for his gun, seems to have grabbed his gun out of his holster; an ICE officer grabs his gun; gun goes off (whether by accidental discharge or not); Pretti is shot, predictably. Pretti was there to obstruct law-enforcement. He arrived at the riot armed with a scoped semi-auto 9mm. Had upwards of 50 rounds of ammo, no ID, had scrubbed his social media posts before arriving.
