#Maine The MAINE DEMOCRATIC PARTY was found to be the largest contributor to a BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION producing fake ballots, owned by a known ballot harvester by the name of Bernard Talmadge who was caught, along with some of his workers, in Indiana in 2017 for REGISTERING DEAD PEOPLE, PRISONERS, and NON-U.S. CITIZENS, and has also been found to be connected to the 2019-2020 election cycle. During the 2020 Election, it is believed that a ballot harvester was working to produce fake election ballots in Georgia as well as other states. In the past, Bernard paid people $75 by check for 5 hours work to produce 50 ballots. In 2018, checks were found in Georgia drawn on the account of "The Operations Group," and the "Ardleigh Group," from the Amalgamated Bank in Washington, D.C. Talmadge owns "The Operations Group, The Ardleigh group, and Block by Block." The Operations Group distributed hundreds of checks in 2018, each for 75.00.
