Fair Media is live now. February 6 at 9:00 AM The Devil Won Against A Baker | Queen B Jake Phillips drew national attention in 2012 when he said his religious beliefs kept him from making a custom wedding cake for a same-sex couple. A Colorado baker who won a partial U.S. Supreme Court victory in a case where he refused to make a cake for a gay wedding lost an appeal in another legal fight in which he rejected a request for a birthday cake celebrating a gender transition. Jack Phillips, the owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, was fined $500, the maximum amount for this violation. My question is what is his rights according to the constitution and how can a state force him to do something he doesn't want to do? If a baker can be forced by the law to bake a cake for gay marriage then why cant he be forced not to bake one for someone else? #jackphillips #masterpiececakeshop #religiousfreedom https://www.facebook.com/JustFaceItWithCorey/videos/1312957332605980
