Alberta pays bills for most Canadians in have not provinces, those not using their resources, with transfer payments. Reason why most provinces, the have not provinces, and federal government don't want Alberta to secede, would be far more in debt each year without money from Alberta. UK hasn't done #Brexit despite Carney's propaganda and voting for #Brexit decade ago. UK still under EU laws and regulations and still funding EU, no longer voting in EU.
