There are a million Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) counters to this, as well as other MMA counters, where he wouldn't even have to rely on using his strength to put her on the ground and disarm her. If you need to learn some of these counters and you don't have the money for an MMA gym, there are tons of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and other MMA videos showing counters to this type of wrist grab and collar/neck grab, on Instagram and YouTube. You can learn from these videos and practice with your friends while you watch them or you can practice by yourself. However, whatever you do, if you are a White British Male, stop putting up with and participating in this make believe jewish faggot shit. Even if he doesn't have training in BJJ and/or MMA, she does not actually have the physical strength to hold him like this or treat him like this. He shouldn't be tolerating it and neither should you.
