PERESTROIKA DECEPTION In a February 2017 interview, Russian ex-communist party member Denis Voronenkov said the Russian State Duma (Parliament): - Is controlled by the FSB (KGB). - FSB is running drugs. - Communist party talk of the 'struggle for the rights of people' is limited to demagoguery. - For Putin, the State Duma is zero. The division of state power in the Russian Federation, does not have any significance. There is no electorate, elections and democracy means nothing, it's just technology. - Elections in Russia are all rigged from municipal to federal.
