Nature Made may be one of the biggest names in supplements, but that doesn't mean I automatically trust what's in every bottle. Depending on the product, you may find ingredients like soybean oil, canola oil, fillers, and other additives. And Nature Made does not provide a blanket guarantee that all ingredients in its products are non-GMO. Turn it around and read the label. Some wellness folks are completely anti-supplement. I’m not. I’ve personally noticed positive changes in my energy and digestion, and after testing low in B12, I can definitely tell when I forget my morning supplement. That said, this is exactly why I read the ingredients and research my supplements! 🛡️ This option we use for B12 and highly recommend! (Methylcobalamin ---> https://amzn.to/4xYUjFX #ad)
