I really enjoyed looking at this infographic, so I thought I’d share it here too. I found myself looking at what shows up most often across these categories, and it looks like magnesium and Vitamin D come up again and again. I also genuinely like seeing other people’s takes on this stuff, especially when it comes to being short on funds, resources, or just trying to figure out where your money is best spent. If you had to narrow things down, what would you prioritize? One of the most common comments I see is, “You should be getting all of these nutrients from food" but my well-rounded diet still isn’t doing it for me, fam I am B12 deficient. I am iron deficient. We also know we aren’t getting enough Omega-3. So as we prepare to downsize and simplify a little, I’ve been thinking out loud about what I’ll actually continue to keep on hand. Right now, I’m thinking: ✨ B12 ✨ Vitamin D + Omega-3 ✨ Magnesium ✨ A quality probiotic (we always have one when traveling) ✨ And this time around, I think I’m adding oregano oil to my medicine bag As we start spending more time in public spaces like airports, planes, Ubers, and all of that, I know sometimes our immune systems can take a little dig. This may also work well for teachers, daycare providers, or anyone else who spends a lot of time with the public, etc. Recommendations if you're curious or nosey. These are the things I’m currently thinking I’ll concentrate on. I’ll link what I'm going to bring and concentrate on here: 👇 ✨ B12 --> https://amzn.to/3SNq85E #ad ✨ Vitamin D + Omega-3 --> https://amzn.to/3SNq85E #ad ✨ Magnesium --> https://amzn.to/3SNq85E #ad ✨ Probiotic --> https://amzn.to/4c6EcxA #ad ✨ Oregano oil --> https://amzn.to/4c6EcxA #ad
