The House approved H.R. 8800 on Roll Call 267 by a vote of 219-206. Republicans voted 213-1 in favor, while Democrats voted 5-205 in favor and opposition, respectively. The lone Republican to oppose the legislation was Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY). The five Democrats who voted for the bill were Reps. Don Davis (D-NC), Jared Golden (D-ME), Adam Gray (D-CA), Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA).
