Well @JayJ I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm going to have to conclude that Eric Dubay is right, and the Solar Analemma debunks the Heliocentric model. To prove this absolutely, I would have to crunch a whole bunch of math equations factoring in the sun's gravitational acceleration and the earth's velocity and stuff. I could do that, but it would take me forever and you probably wouldn't accept the results anyway, since I'm just a #Flattard who can't tie his own shoes. Whereas you, on the other hand, are a highly-credentialed professional pilot who righteously upholds Truth and Reason and diligently studies authoritative scientific sources like http://flatearth.ws memes. So the way I figure it, if an impressive, high-IQ individual such as yourself is unable to mathematically demonstrate how the Heliocentric model produces the Solar Analemma, then I'm gonna have to just go with basic common-sense intuition and say that a practically circular orbit would produce a practically symmetrical analemma. And since the analemma is in fact nowhere near symmetrical, it stands to reason that the Heliocentric model must be nowhere near correct.
