American labor is fair/competitive labor, meaning you don't cost cut the quality of the craft or craftsmanship. Not just direct labor either, even positions like machine maintainers. When you hire cheap labor they put in cheap work, they don't give it their best, they give it their least and it's reflected in the quality and safety of the products. It might cost a little more, but you wind up with exponentially less problems and products that last longer when you pay people to care. Too many employers have this estranged attitude where they believe employees should care at a default, but unless the job has standards, fair competition and unless the job pays well for those standards... workers will never care and they'll cheapen themselves accordingly... https://thepostmillennial.com/treasury-dept-policy-advisor-admits-employees-who-dont-do-their-jobs-should-be-fired-omg They don't value the jobs because they were just given the jobs without merit. People who have never had to work to compete for work never know the value of working, they never know the value of a job because they can just steal another one. That's how it works now. How do you think all these flunkies got into the government? Why do you think they black balled all the people like me? So they could steal shit easier. In doing so, they make the jobs worthless, even when they pay a lot, because money without effort is something that only attracts indolents and idiots. Real workers don't simply want to be paid more, they want a good game, they want a job where doing a good job results in raises and advancement. Instead they all operate like idiots in Congress who keep giving themselves a raise despite their abysmal approval ratings. If you made their salary dependent on approval ratings... they would cheat the approval ratings. Yeah, altering the system won't work when it's still infested with criminals suffering from satiation sickness who are only looking to cheat. You have to burn out the bad apples first and that starts by crippling them with competitive effort. Criminals HATE effort so it makes sense to raise salaries with raised effort. Like "profit sharing" programs. A better solution would be to base government pay on government debt. The more debt the government racks up, the less government jobs pay. That way the government, at every level, is driven to optimal operations as a means of getting paid the most for the best possible work. #HashDate0225 #Newsreal #Weedstorming #Godwork
