The Novus Ordo Mass (2002 Missal) is a perfectly valid Catholic liturgy when celebrated by a validly ordained Catholic priest. When it is celebrated in the most traditional and reverent way possible, it is just as efficacious as any Vetus Ordo Mass (1962 Missal).
