Having read the text, I am inclined to say this is Pope Leo’s first major move on reforming the liturgy. He begins by urging Cardinal Roche to foster greater fidelity to reverent celebration of the Mass that STICKS TO THE RUBRICS (say the black, do the red) in the Novus Ordo.👇🏻
