The hardest easy thing you'll ever do...
Whatever we focus on, we become. If we look for negativity that is what we'll find. When we focus on the positive, that is what we will perceive in our experience. This is why it is important, when making any real effort at life changes, to "begin within."
Tesla said that to truly understand the nature of the universe we should view it as energy, frequency and vibration.
A good analogy is the radio in your car. At any given time there are a multitude of different stations on the airwaves; country, rock, hip hop, classical, talk radio, etc. However, we only hear the station we are "tuned" to. So it is that we can "atune" our inner receiver to access the life experience we want to perceive by setting our vibration at that level. Inner work is important here, as we all have our personal "issues" which produce "static" and hinder our ability to get to where we want to be.
Begin by developing a "Gratitude Attitude" and give thanks for what you have, whatever that may be. With practice it becomes easier.
In the book of Genesis it says that God created man in his image. That doesn't mean that God looks like us, that's the opposite view of what was said. God created "creators". We are indeed responsible for what we see and how we respond. We are walking hand in hand with our Creator. Our life is our gift from God, how we live it is our gift back to Him.
