Return to the Land, the private organization that wants to develop a Whites only community in its 160 acres of Arkansan Ozark land, is suing the Federal Government on the grounds of discrimination and unequal treatment for Whites wanting to preserve their own ethnic/racial identity and heritage by building an exclusive community. Not only there are a multitude of Indian, Islamic, and Orthodox jewish only communities scattered all over our country, but every inner city in America is a de facto black and brown community, complete with black and brown representation in local governments. Access to Whites, and White neighborhoods isn’t a Constitutional right. On the contrary, the First Amendment has been recognized by the Supreme Court to include Freedom of Association… I hope Return to the Land prevails in this lawsuit.
