The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson announced today the latest research from its innovative oncology portfolio and pipeline of novel oral, biologic and cell therapies is now available as part of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Virtual Scientific Program. Among the data presented are longer-term results from the JNJ-4528 BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy Phase 1b/2 CARTITUDE-1 study in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM); results from the ERLEADA® (apalutamide) Phase 3 SPARTAN study reporting overall survival (OS) in non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC); and initial results from Phase 1 studies of amivantamab (EGFRxMET bispecific antibody) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); and teclistamab (BCMAxCD3 bispecific antibody) in RRMM.
