#China understands cycles. They are part of their religion. They are strategic and patient and think in terms of generational cycles whereas in the West we expect instantaneous results. To me, it is like the Biblical story of Joseph and the Pharaoh who he warns there will be 7 years of plenty and 7 years of drought. If we understand the cycles, we cannot change them, but prepare and live with them instead of people like Bill #Gates who thinks shooting particles into the #atmosphere to prevent Global Warming is a good idea never considering the devastation when a #volcano erupts and we would all then surely freeze to death in a dramatically enhanced Volcanic Winter.
