Wow, that makes a lot more sense than the recipes that say to "turn the oven to 375 degrees". It seems like it would be way more easy to just turn the pan the proper degrees. Baking can be some pretty bad back breaking work turning an oven to whatever degrees the recipes says. I am goin to try turning the pan next time. Absolutly brilliant.
