When I moved to Roatan in December of 1999 the infrastructure was so far behind the modern world, doing business was an impossible adventure on a daily basis. But Hard work and perseverance always pays off, and every day was a new adventure of helping people and learning a little more about the land, the laws, and the way things worked and tasks got done on this small island I now called home. I soon realized it takes a determined person to get thru the daily red tape on their own, without becoming overwhelmed with frustration and eventually giving up. That simply having a friend, or someone with knowledge to guide and help you, was just the missing step needed to make the journey of “Roatan” without mistakes and stress, so that you could enjoy the ride. And so, About Roatan Real Estate was born! In 2004 I formed the Brokerage to add to the Roatan Real estate market a company offering Customer Service and integrity that did not exist prior. A team of professionals with true integrity that are honest and knowledgeable in the profession of Real Estate and the laws, to handle anything that may come up, as you purchase real estate, move to the island and get settled and begin your new life. A team that works for YOU. After 21 years Roatan is still my Paradise and that of my children, and many of my friends, who began their Roatan journey as my clients!
