BULK CANNING PECTIN Does anyone buy pectin for making jams and jellies in bulk? If so, where, what, how well does it work and how does it compare to Sure Jell? A few years ago, I bought a small bulk bag of some kind of canning gel for jellies from a local Mennonite shop and tried multiple times, but it did not work at all. I'm not talking about clear jel, I use clear jel for pie filling with great luck. Oh, by the way, I am not interested in Pomonas Pectin.
