Michigan Secretary of State Benson (she is also running for Governor) issues an edict to all City Clerks that run elections to delete those records, 7 days after the election has ended. This runs counter to federal law and Clerks are filing a lawsuit. Benson's lawyers refuse to answer the complaint.
