Illegals indisputably are getting better treatment from the courts—and by some of the same judges—than J6ers. Boasberg and company didn’t flinch when they forced Trump supporters to go before all Dem DC juries even after the 2024 election. Not a single change of venue motion was granted by a DC judge. Biden DOJ had a 100% conviction rate before DC jurors. Judges signed off on unlawful use of post Enron obstruction statute they knew DOJ had weaponized against political protesters. Convictions of American citizens for first time on seditious conspiracy charges. Pretrial detention for nonviolent first time “offenders.” Excessive sentences including unlawful enhancement and split sentences for misdemeanants. Special jail in DC to hold Trump supporters.

Zero complaints by media, Dem, and NeverTrump Republicans about unfair treatment and “due process.”
