I find the comments of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick blaming unvaccinated Black people for COVID spread in Texas disgusting, unconscionable, utterly disturbing, and highly insulting. I am an unvaccinated Black man in Texas. Instead of targeting Blacks, perhaps Patrick and Gov. Greg Abbott should be preventing illegal immigrants who are not being tested or mandated to take vaccines from entering and transiting across the Lone Star State.
