That would be too obvious. However on a ship that big; with lots of children running around; how hard do you think it would be to transport a couple of them who never had guardians there to begin with? Considering Maxwell's prior association with Disney Via fundraisers where she herself was the host- is it really that out of the realm of possibilities?
