For people not in the loop, Sarah Phillimore is an attorney in the #UK who referred to a man as a man. Couching it in trans industry language, this trans industry activist group ironically named "#GoodLawProject" founded and run by a male attorney called Jolyon #Maugham has repeatedly tried to get her punished in #UK court. "Deadname" = real, legal name given to a child at birth by parents. "Misgendering" = using pronouns for a person correctly, based on sex. Here in #Colorado, Jared #Polis (#Colorado state governor) and Phil #Weiser (#Colorado attorney general and running for governor) have also imposed unconstitutional laws on behalf of the trans industry on Coloradans, to limit free speech by mandating "personal pronouns", and trying to legally force us to accept the pseudoscientific concept of "gender identity" as more important than sex. Nobody can change sex, and as women birth all human babies of either sex, they deserve legal recognition and rights as their own sex class. A law cannot force any person to deny reality for the sake of trans industrial profits, and we will continue to oppose such laws through our constitutional rights.
