Whether it's a cold or a disease, in the helplessness, never ever underestimate the value of bringing joy into the situation. Be it music, a poem reading or a light massage, it is in valuable. Bringing joy and peace unexpectedly lifts the spirit. I am watching it before my eyes. Love those around you. Plan to kill those who seek to destroy it.
