Oh yeah! Black trumpets are flushing again with these cooler nights. This is one of our favorite edible mushrooms. And great for beginners because there is no lookalike that grows during their season! Look under oaks and other hardwoods, and especially mossy areas where they are easier to see! They flush later spring through fall, but more during moderate temps after some rain.
