UPDATE: I got the truck today and was able to get it in and out of 4 high and low, so may not be a problem. Going to have tranny and transfer case serviced and looked at though. Thanks for all the great advice!I have an 85 ram charger and the 4x4 will not engage with the motor running but just grinds when you try to put it into high or low. You can get it into four wheel drive when the motor is shut off but once started even when in four-wheel drive, the four-wheel drive is not engaged. What are the likely problems with this and do you have an idea of what it will cost to get it fixed? Thanks
