As a DSD person who looks 20+ years younger than 50, I already know most women aren’t built to deal with the medical realities that come with my body. That’s why I don’t date and why I never approach. I just live my life and do my thing. If a woman actually wants in, she has to show it and work for it. I don’t chase. At 50 I don’t bother with relationships. I make them come to me or I stay solo.
