HOT DOG STAND TICKETED FOR DISPLAYING OUR FLAG (VIDEO) 100% Fed Up: “The Village of Prairie Grove, Illinois, has ticketed a business owner flying the American flag. Terry Trobiani says he was just trying to celebrate the Fourth of July when he put American flags in front of Gianelli’s, his hot dog and beef business. Trobiani has now been given two tickets for “improper display” of the flag at $200 apiece.” The incident repulsed both customers and nearby people who have since provided Trobiani with much more business.
